Technological information based on computer and internet has become requirement is modern-day, with information technology of all work problems in the field of economics, politics, military etc felt is easier to be done.
Does by growing it technological information of all problems will be overcome? Its the reply Y/T can, why that way? Technological development is accompanied by grow it cyber crime, not a few states which will grow releases budget in gross to fight cyber crime, starts from making of Law until specialized training to overcome cyber crime.
Arises question is in such a way big influence from cyber crime? Reply Y, cyber crime groans not merely matter problem ( state's finance only ) far bigger influences stability and state security and safety, possibly from the angle of state's finance can groan kebidang banking for example his(its, how with stability and security and safety?? Explains more endangeringly for example if weapons stocktaking of a state attacked by the perpetrators cyber crime clearly hardly influences for defence and security and safety of sebua state, will arise commerce of weapon illegal, annoyed it nation security and safety.
The thing is upper do not mean state that is is not technology is more safe, or with information technology more and more more threats disbanding its advantage.

My impression after reading your comment is that you have a nice English; I also believe that you have a good command use of it.
There are rooms for improvements though but it does not hinder the communication. Some erroneous use of Subject_verb Agreement such as the use of Verb III after Modal (Could + Verb-ed) supposedly "Could + Verb 1 = could communicate).
The terminology you are collecting are looking good, I will take them.
